Returns, Receipts and Shipping

We know that plans change - and so do decisions! We also know you might want to try the frames on your child before you’re set on your choice - and that’s totally okay!

Because we understand how important it is for your child to love and feel happy and comfortable in their glasses, we offer 30 day returns on all frame purchases.

Returns Policy

Returns for refund and/or exchanges are available within 30 days from the date of purchase. The postage cost included in the cost of your product can not be refunded.

To request a refund, please email us at orders@tomatoglasses.com.au with your request for return, refund or exchange making note of the invoice number from your original purchase. We will email you further details and instructions after this.

To be eligible for a refund, the product returned must be in its original case and packaging with all accessories and labels included in the kit, including nosepads, temple tips, screws, screwdriver, headband and Tomato Glasses cleaning cloth. Please attach a copy of your invoice to allow us to process your refund promptly.

Returns will only be accepted if the frames are unworn and in perfect condition.

All items are returned at the sender’s own risk so please be sure to choose a safe and traceable delivery service. All goods remain the responsibility of the sender until received by Tomato Glasses.

Refunds, where appropriate, will be made within 7 days of receipt of returned goods. These will be processed on the same card and/or method used in the initial transaction.

Postage costs will only be refunded in cases when the product sent to you was incorrect, damaged initially or faulty. 

 

Health Fund Receipts

We are able to provide you with an itemised receipt for your purchase of full spectacle frames. Please ensure, before requesting an itemised receipt, that you are certain with your purchase as once this has been issued we will be unable to offer any refunds.

Once you are ready to claim your itemised health fund receipt, please fill in the Itemised Health Fund receipt form here. Please note, for auditing purposes, we do require that you attach a copy of the child’s prescription who the glasses are intended for.

Shipping Policy

All Tomato Glasses orders are aimed to be processed and dispatched within 1—2 business days. If there is a delay, we will communicate this with you as soon as is possible.

Domestic orders for Tomato Glasses frames will incur a non-refundable shipping cost. Tomato Glasses accessories and parts incur a non-refundable shipping fee of $6.95AUD on domestic orders.

Tomato Glasses Australia reserves the right to cancel any non-domestic orders, in which case, a full refund of the monies paid will be returned to the customer by the same method of payment.
